Remedial works to deleterious mining related features, can either be carried out, or supervised by our in-house team.

 

If a property or dwelling is at risk of subsidence from a mining feature we will liaise with a structural engineer to design the remediation works whilst using our expertise to  advise on the mining and geological aspects of the design.

All remedial works are carried out to current local authority standards and are designed to provide the long term assurances required by lenders.
